Your license has its own portal with its own sign-in. See your key, set renewal and next year's band, download invoices and the license certificate, and invite the people who help you manage it.

Buying a license needs no account: we create your portal login at checkout and email a setup link. Lost the email or the link expired? Ask for a new one.

Get help
If the person who bought the license has left, anyone already in the portal can invite you. Otherwise send us your license key and we will help.
Contact us- The portal is separate from the Farside research app; a research account does not sign you in there, and the other way round.
- Owners and admins see and rotate the license key. Billing contacts manage renewal, band, payment method and invoices.
- All sales are final: license fees are not refundable except where the law requires. You can try every engine free under the AGPL before you buy.
